Thanks for all the information. But I am still in shock of "milk & potato" diet! With all the expert opinions we hear everyday of how we need to have a balanced diet of so many variety of foods (and even then, we are sometimes asked to take supplements), I am not sure how to interprete your Gloliers claim! Maybe someone else can shed different light on this. And of course, maybe, as you say, the quantity to be taken could be a forbidding factor. |
