I was sure my recollection of previous readings about geography was correct that Iran (like California) has a much more varied climate than Iraq. I understand that there are portions of Iran that are as lush and beautiful as any other place on earth! I suppose you know that potatoes originated in the South American Andes Mountains, being one of the few major American contributions to world-wide agriculture. Gunnar |
