39 And liars and hypocrites shall be proved by them, and they who are not apostles and prophets shall be known.

Dear Apostles of the Lord and Others,

The Winter Olympics 2002 is a MASONIC RITUAL, glorifying many Gods. Salt Lake City has fulfilled the warning given by a repenting
Brigham Young (1st "king") as being the most wicked city—center of the AntiChrist and fulfillment of the warnings given by Daniel and John.

Jesus Christ came to this earth and fulfilled all the words of the Prophets 2,000 years ago. The Lord called Apostles as special witnesses, to preach
repentance and baptize in His Name. An Apostle is greater than a Prophet: "And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily
prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues." (I Corinthians 12:28) The Original
12 Apostles are special witnesses of the Lord: "Ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations. And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as
my Father hath appointed unto me; That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel."
(Luke 22:28-30)
"Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that
whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you...But when the Comforter is come, whom
I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me: And ye also shall bear
witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning." (John 15: 16, 26-27)

There was an Apostasy and a Restoration of all things from what the Lord, Jesus Christ came and fulfilled. The Book of Mormon is the Second
Witness of this fact. The Lord chooses whomever he sees fit to call. There was a warning of an Apostasy following the restoration of all things
before the Second Coming of the Lord, as prophesied throughout the Book of Mormon. The warning came to those called by the Lord as special
witnesses, the Twelve Apostles.

In June, 1829 a revelation to Joseph Smith Jr, Oliver Cowdery and David Whitmer was given by the Lord, Jesus Christ concerning the calling of
the Twelve Apostles. Oliver and David (not Joseph) were commanded,

(11-17)"For behold I command all men everywhere to repent, and I speak unto you, even as unto Paul mine apostle, for you are called even with
that same calling with which he was called. Remember the worth of souls is great in the sight of God: For behold the Lord your God suffered death
in the flesh: wherefore he suffered the pain of all men, that all men might repent and come unto him. And he hath risen again from the dead, that he
might bring all men unto him on conditions of repentance. And how great is his joy in the should that repenteth. Wherefore you (Oliver and David
- check and balance to Joseph) are called to cry repentance unto this people. And if it so be that you should labor in all your days, in crying
repentance unto this people (Jew & Gentile), and bring save it be one soul only unto me, how great shall be your joy with him in the kingdom of
my Father?...(27-32) And
now behold, there are others which are called to declare my gospel, both unto Gentile and unto Jew: Yea, even unto twelve: And the twelve shall be
my disciples, and they shall take upon them my name: And the twelve are they which shall desire to take upon them my name, with full purpose of
heart: And if they desire to take upon them my name, with full purpose of heart, they are called to go into all the world to preach my gospel unto
every creature: And they are they which are ordained of me to baptize in my name, according to that which is written; and you have that which is
written before you: Wherefore you must perform it according to the words which are written....(42-43)And now behold I give unto you, Oliver, and
also unto David, that you shall search out the twelve which shall have the desires of which I have spoken; and by their desires and their works, you
shall know them: And when you have found them you shall show these things unto them...."

On April 6, 1830 a revelation was given to Joseph Smith Jr. about the first two Apostles called by the Lord. It stated the following:

(1, 13) "BEHOLD, there shall be a record kept among you (Joseph Smith), and in it thou shalt be called a seer, a translator, a prophet, an apostle of
Jesus Christ, and elder of the church through the will of God the Father, and the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ;...Wherefore, it behooveth me, that
he should be ordained by you, Oliver, mine apostle;..."

(Chapter XXII, Book of Commandments, published by W.W. Phelps & Co, 1833; also D&C 21)

In February, 1835 the Twelve Traveling Councilors were called to be the First Twelve Apostles, as a quorum with keys greater than the Prophet
(President of the High Priesthood). By age the following were called, with the age not having any superiority: Thomas B. Marsh, David W. Patten,
Brigham Young, Heber C. Kimball, Orson Hyde, William McLellin, Parley P. Pratt, Luke Johnson, William Smith, Orson Pratt, John Boynton and
Lyman Johnson. Between this time and the death of Joseph Smith, only three remained faithful as Apostles: B. Young, H. Kimball, (note: Jesus
called Judas to be an Apostle) P. Pratt. By 1857 Parley P.Pratt was the President of the Quorum of the 12 because Young and Kimball were in the
First Presidency. President Pratt had the greatest keys on this earth because of his position as the ranking member of the Quorum of the 12
Apostles. Apostle Parley P. Pratt was the only individual, called by the Lord in this dispensation, who did not serve in the First Presidency, an
Aaronic Priesthood/Masonic Order ("kings"). This is why he was targeted by the Royal Scottish Masonic Order to be murdered by "three
Masons" in Arkansas, under the direction of Albert Pyke and Col. John C. Bennett.

Between 1844-1848, the Quorum of the 12 Apostles governed the Church in righteous. They had the keys to preside on this earth, until the Second
Coming of the Lord. This is what was given to the Original 12 Apostles at the time of Christ, as stated above. On September 26, 1830, the Lord
stated about His 2nd Coming:

"For the hour is nigh, and that which was spoken by mine apostles must be fulfilled; for as they spoke so shall it come to pass; For I will reveal
myself from heaven with power and great glory, with all the hosts thereof, and dwell in righteousness with men on earth a thousand years, and the
wicked shall not stand. And again, verily, verily I say unto you, and it hath gone forth in a firm decree, by the will of the Father, that mine apostles,
the twelve which were with me in my ministry at Jerusalem, shall stand at my right hand at the day of my coming in a pillar of fire, being clothed
with robes of righteousness, with crowns upon their heads, in glory even as I am, to judge the whole house of Israel, even as many as have loved me
and kept my commandments, and none else."

(Chapter XXIX, verses 12-14 Book of Commandments; also D&C 29: 10-12)

For whatever reasons, Joseph Smith Jr and Oliver Cowdery did not obey the Lord and become members of the Quorum of the 12 Apostles. Even
though the Lord has called them to the be the First and Second Apostles in this Dispensation nine months before the Church was even organized,
Oliver Cowdery and David Whitmer called others and ordained them.

This is one of the reasons why President Ezra Taft Benson called us a "Condemned Church—PRIDE IN OUR HEARTS" & Disobedience to the
Lord, King of Kings. Jesus Christ revealed the situation of His Second Coming before His first birth on this earth. I conversed these facts with
President Harold B. Lee and Church Historian Apostle Howard W. Hunter in September, 1973. They called me to meet with them in Salt Lake
City, Utah. In June, 1973 I mentioned to Elder Hunter that President Lee was the first Republican to be called President of the Church and some
might believe him to be the "AntiChrist", as warned by Daniel and John the Revelator. Being a devoted Republican, I was very concerned about the
"Danites" unrighteously fulfilling this prophesy, like Porter Rockwell did in attempting to murder Governor Boggs, to fulfill a unrighteous warning
given by Joseph Smith Jr. (The Members of the Church were unrighteous in Missouri. That is why they were removed by the Lord. They were
then directed to find the "New Jerusalem", patterned after the "Old Jerusalem".)

Did the Lord know this at the time of the Fall of Jerusalem? Yes, through "Dreams" given to those chosen by he Lord (PURE IN HEART).
Businessman Lehi was concerned about the condition of Jerusalem. He was told what to do. He obeyed. At this same time, another person had
dreams and lived by them, too. About 600 BC, the Prophet, Daniel, was born during the time of Josiah’s reforms. He was about sixteen years old
when Babylon’s armies stormed through Judah and besieged Jerusalem. He was taken to Babylon as a hostage to assure the cooperation of the
royal family of Judah. King Nebuchadnezzar picked Daniel (and 3 others) to administer the Jewish affairs. The king attempted to brainwash Daniel
through "meat and wine". Daniel remained pure through "water and pulse". Zions First National Bank recently financed Dr. Young PhD. For this
reason, Mrs. Young resigned from the Board of Directors of Kanco Energy, Inc.

In D&C 112, the Lord specifically warned the Apostles. Some might think Joseph Smith was an Apostle. He was not. He did not accept to serve as
a member of the "12". This is what is clarified with President Lee. I condemned President Lee as being the Chairman of the Board of Zions First
National Bank, since 1960 a member of the Jewish Federal Reserve System. I told him and Elder Hunter that he was the 10th King as prophesied
to Daniel and Apostle John and he needed to repent and remove himself from that organization. I was a student at the BYU at the time and there
were many students and researchers investigating and studying the fulfillment of these warnings of the Lord. Only through Repentance and
Restitution, can anyone improve his "culpability" through the Life of the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I warned that some were stating President
Lee was
the 11th "King" and would be the "AntiChrist". I warned President Lee about those who believed they were "Danites", called by the Lord through
their own miserable "Dreams". I had known Elder Lee since the 1960s when I would meet him. He knew about my gun-shot wound in Arizona. He
had a personal witness that I had been given a special blessing from God to remain on this earth and fulfill my mission the Lord gave me.

A latter day nation will be very unique, like the United States of America. This "kingdom" fulfilled a prophesy in Daniel 7:23 ("10 kings" will rise
from this beast):

"Thus he (angel) said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the
whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces."

Even though Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery were called by the Lord to be "Apostles", they were not called and set apart to serve as. This is
FREE AGENCY. Twelve others accepted the Calling of the Lord. Thus the Prophet Joseph Smith did not serve as one of the "...10 kings, which
have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These
have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast." (Revelations 17:12-13). Also "And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten
kings that shall arise:..." (Daniel 7:24)

In 1973, the United States Government (Federal Bureau of Investigation) began investigating the unexpected death of President Harold B. Lee.
Many documents had been destroyed in unexpected fires and deaths. President Lee’s death was not "normal", reviewing the lives of those others
who served before him as President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Some Mormon and Biblical Scholars, with this
investigation wondered if President Lee was the fulfillment of Prophesies
in Deuteronomy 18:20-22 and D&C 85:8 about a fallen Prophet. Officials of the United States wanted to know if he had been murdered. Dr. Fish
PhD, a former Kanco Board Member, was given some insight many years later, while consulting with a former nurse at the hospital who was
interrogated by the F.B.I. for four hours where President Lee died. They had evidence to support that he had been murdered. But because of the
prominence of his last visitors - the investigation was dropped.

"...and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. And he shall speak great words against
the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time
and times and the dividing of time. " (Daniel 7:24-25)

By 1995 I had discovered the illegal 1985/1989 authorization of Zions First National Bank to use Kanco Energy, Inc. (a Utah Public Company) as
a front in their gold purchase operations. The Chairman of the Board of Zions First National Bank was Gordon B. Hinckley (like Harold B. Lee in
1973). A neighbor of mine in Highland, Utah, Douglas Judson hand delivered a package requesting the Quorum of 12 Apostles to hold a Church
Court Hearing against Gordon B. Hinckley, for acting like a "king" over the assets of Kanco Energy, Inc. and the Jared Trust. On December 5,
1995 Seven Apostles were asked to become Trustees of the Jared Trust. In response to this in January, 1996 President Gordon B. Hinckley
required all General Authorities to resign from all Board of Directors, except Deseret Management Corporation. This corporation hired my father,
Dr. H.
Clyde Davis in 1966 to direct the Mineral Development of the Church.

If the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only true church on this earth, (ancient scriptures reveals latterday church of God will do
baptism for the Dead which is why the ONE WORLD ORDER changed their designnated ONE World Religion from the Catholics to the
Mormons) with the Lord’s appointed authority for His Second Coming, then Prophet/President Gordon B. Hinckley is the "Fourteenth King" and
fulfills the ANTICHRIST (another king/Beast) prophesy of Daniel 7:24/Rev. 17:13 and Revelations 13:4-10:

"And they worshiped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshiped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? Who is able to
make war with him? And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue
forty and two months. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in
heaven. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and
nations. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation
of the world. If any man have an ear, let him hear. He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be
killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints."

President Gordon B. Hinckley, and other Apostles, have excommunicated many "saints" who call them to repentance. Isn’t this what the Lord
asked Joseph Smith Jr. and Oliver Cowdery to do in June, 1829? Are you greater than Joseph Smith? President Hinckley must NOW taste the
SAME BITTER PILL he has given to those innocent "saints" who only want to communicate and ask—Why is the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-day Saints so corrupt and of this World? A "beast" can repent, also. Restitution is part of this repentence.

The Jared Trust has been very thorough and honest in keeping records of the title it holds with the Golden Age and Golden Eagle Mining Claims,
Nye County, Nevada, and other assets. In 1997-98, Judge Steven Hansen, Utah 4th District Court, recommended Kanco Energy, Inc. (Utah)
Stockholders to form a new corporation and proceed in the recovery of it’s assets. Ask Charlene Barlow, Utah Attorney General’s Office, who was
before Judge Hansen during this hearing. Also converse with Martin Tanner and Dr. M. Karlynn Hinman, representing Kanco Energy & it’s
stockholders. There is no doubt, nor question that Zions First National Bank has financially benefitted from the use of assets/contracts Kanco
Energy, Inc. owns. We will continue to be thorough and patient in using the Courts of the Land to expose this theft and recover the debts and
obligations of those who illegally used Kanco Energy, Inc. as a "consecration to the Church" by King/President Hinckley. Judge Alma challenged
the authority of King Noah (President/Prophet of the Church with 12 High Priests) to murder Abinadi for telling the truth. This is a "type and
shadow of things of things that have now come" as stated three times in Mosiah. King Noah was flatterieng with words to the people "All is Well
in Zion" (sign of the anti-Christ) just as GBH stated in General Conference 1996. The wicked King/President/Prophet Noah built many great and
spacious buildings and temples. Gordon has done the same. Gordon does not believe in revelation - he at the most gets "intuitive hunches" Larry
King Live ( public relations expert/Prophet who does not prophecy).
Look what happened to Alma when he broke out of the corrupt organization? An angel appeared and baptism began in the New World, nearly 500
years after Lehi left Old Jerusalem and fled to the Promised Land.

We have conversed with many organizations throughout the world about the Masonic Infiltration of the Mormon Church. We have explained the
Fulfillments of the Warnings by ancient "Dreamers" of the Lord, Jesus Christ. In the Original Book of Mormon Jesus Christ is Heavenly Father.
The Masons created many "Gods" in the Mormon Church, like they did during the reign of the Roman Empire. We don’t want another 1,000 year
reign, like the days of old. There was a war in Heaven before this Earth was created. Heavenly Father taught He could only save Himself. Lucifer
believed in Saving the World. There was a vote. Who won? We must do the same, now.
